The 1 xbat app is available directly from the download page, with versions for both Android and iOS. If it's not listed on Google Play or the App Store, download the APK from the official site and install it manually.

Go to Settings → Security → enable "Unknown Sources" or "Install unknown apps". Then download the APK file and install it. This is completely safe — just make sure you only download from the official site.
