1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between 1 xbat and its users. The company operating 1 xbat is registered and regulated under an international gaming licence. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set out herein.

2 Account Registration & Usage

To open an account on 1 xbat, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incomplete details may result in account closure at any time, and 1 xbat reserves the right to withhold any funds held.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all of them will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

• Keep your account password confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account.
• Keep the phone number and email address linked to your account active.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, report it to the support team immediately.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.

1 xbat may request a national ID or other documentation at any time for account verification. Failure to verify in a timely manner may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access.

3 Age & Eligibility Requirements

At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. 1 xbat may request proof of age at any time. Registering with a false age is a legal offence and will result in immediate account termination.

Additionally, 1 xbat cannot be used from countries or regions where online betting is prohibited. It is the user's own responsibility to be aware of the laws applicable in their country.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

To deposit or withdraw on 1 xbat, you must use a payment account registered in your own name. Funds sent from an account under someone else's name will not be accepted.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (Mobile Pay and Nagad).
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes, though delays may occur due to verification or technical reasons.
• It is recommended to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Deposit claims without a transaction ID will not be accepted.

1 xbat is actively committed to anti-money laundering. In cases of suspicious transactions, 1 xbat reserves the right to verify the account and place a hold on withdrawals. Users are expected to cooperate in such situations.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

1 xbat offers registration bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and referral bonuses from time to time. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are listed alongside the offer.

• A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses earned from one promotion cannot be used to participate in another promotion, unless explicitly stated in the terms.
• If a bonus has been claimed, withdrawals may be restricted until the bonus wagering requirements are met.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed from multiple accounts on the same device, same IP address, or within the same household.
• 1 xbat reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

If bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be forfeited from the account and the account may be closed.

6 Betting Terms & Conditions

Before placing a bet on 1 xbat, please read the specific rules for the relevant event. General betting rules are outlined below:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds displayed before an event begins are final. If incorrect odds are shown due to a technical error, 1 xbat reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, all related bets will be handled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• In live betting, any bet that was confirmed prior to an internet disconnection will remain valid.
• Special rules apply to placing multiple related bets on the same event (Arab accumulator).

1 xbat takes a firm stance against match fixing and any attempt to gain unfair advantage. Any suspicious activity of this nature will result in the cancellation of the relevant bets and account.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1 xbat:

• Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
• Abusing the bonus system or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or attempting to hack the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, deceiving, or attempting to harm other users.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Using insider information to gain an unfair advantage.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

9 Account Closure & Suspension
